在導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)我設(shè)計了猜詞游戲，這樣做的目的之一是引起學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，我所教授的學(xué)生所在的年齡段好奇心重，好勝心強(qiáng)，喜歡玩游戲，設(shè)計猜詞類的游戲能更好的讓他們專注到英語課堂上來;其次我設(shè)計的猜詞游戲都是跟動物和蔬菜相關(guān)的，這也正是學(xué)生本節(jié)課要學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容，因此該游戲也能夠更好地導(dǎo)入新課，為后面的內(nèi)容做準(zhǔn)備。

My students are in grade 6, they are full of curiosity and competition and they like games, so this game can better draw their attention in this class. 我一直夢想著能夠成為一名優(yōu)秀的小學(xué)英語老師，上學(xué)期間就對英語非常感興趣，因此大學(xué)期間也選擇了英語作為我的專業(yè)，學(xué)習(xí)了英語相關(guān)專業(yè)課程，這使得我為之后英語教學(xué)工作做了很好的準(zhǔn)備，并且在大學(xué)期間還自學(xué)了教育學(xué)教育心理學(xué)的理論知識，并通過了教師資格筆試的考試;從我自身的性格來說，我非常有愛心有耐心，富有親和力，喜歡也擅長跟小孩子大交道，所以覺得這份工作非常適合我，因此今天來到這里參加這次的面試，希望各位老師能夠給我這次機(jī)會，我也會用自己的實(shí)際行動向大家證明我會成為一名優(yōu)秀的好老師。

I’ve always dreamed of being an excellent primary school English teacher. I was quiet interested in English when I was at school, and that’s why I chose English as my major in my college.
